Individual counseling is a therapeutic process where the client works one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling meets clients where they are; thus, it can be working on past issues, immediate, or near future concerns.
The benefits of Individual Counseling are increasing an individual’s self-awareness, open more insight and options, encouraging self-exploration, identifying boundaries, enhancing communication skills, and improving the use of healthy coping skills.
Individual counseling can also be known as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or mental health counseling. Approaches differ but can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic interventions, EMDR, hypnotherapy, or Sandplay, where appropriate.
Would you like to live the fullest life as your true self and have healthier, meaningful relationships?
Couples counseling or marriage counseling is a type of psychotherapy that attempts to help couples of all types recognize and resolve interpersonal conflicts and improve their relationships.
The benefits of couples therapy include an increase in intimacy, improved sexual satisfaction, more romance in the relationship, and developing insight into the relationship. Couples will have motivation to cooperate more effectively in parenting their children. Also, couples will be able to support each other better in managing stress.
We strive to empower you to heal from past wounds, find freedom and serenity from areas of struggle, grow in confidence, and thrive in your daily life.
Group therapy or group psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or more therapists treat a small group of clients together.
Group therapy can be powerful. Besides healing, it will help individuals to enhance communication and socialization skills. It will help clients to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. It also allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar problems. Most important, clients will feel that they are not alone with specific issues.
